How to import a sound

When using our software to deal with incoming calls, you have the possibility to add messages or musics to the waiting time of your interlocutors.

The file must be in the MP3 format, and its size cannot exceed 5 Mb.
To import a file, go to "Telephony" then "Sounds & Musics".

Access to the “Sounds and music” menu is reserved for administrators of the web2contact account. For a user to access this functionality, you must activate the "Access the Sounds & Music module" right in the "Rights" tab of the "User management" menu.
