How to record a message
When using our software to deal with incoming calls, you have the possibility to add messages or musics to the waiting time of your interlocutors.
If your messages were made by a professional, you can import them by following this procedure.
If you wish to record yourself your message, just follow the steps below :
- Dial 09 70 75 19 40
- Dictate the message after the signal tone
- When the message is over, press one of the following keys :
- Press 1 to hear the recorded message
- Press 2 to save the message
- Press 3 to record a new message
When the message is saved, the system automatically sends it by email to the support team that will add it to your Web2contact domain.
