How to download call recordings
When the "Record calls" function is activated on an outgoing call campaign or on an incoming call distribution queue, all calls are recorded and stored for a period of 90 rolling days on our servers.
At the end of this period, the files are automatically deleted to comply with the regulations in force concerning recordings of telephone conversations (see CNIL website).
To access call recordings, go to "Telephony" then "Recordings".
Download MP3 files
In some cases, it is necessary and even mandatory to keep track of the telephone conversation.
For example, in the banking sector, the retention period varies between 6 months and five years (article 321-73 of the general regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers).
Our phoning software allows you to listen to call recordings directly from the interface and download MP3 files of telephone conversations.
Download one or more files
To download one or more files, simply check the box of the desired recording then select the "Download recordings" action.
Finally click on the "Apply" button.
