How to retrieve incoming calls statistics
Our software allows to receive phone calls to manage a customer service, a swichboard, or to treat incoming calls received after prospecting calls.
For each of these cases, the measurement of the quality of service is possible thanks to the statistics modules.
1 General overview of the quality of service delivered
The "Incoming calls" module allows to quickly and easily visualize :
- The number of calls received
- The number of calls answered
- The number of abandoned calls
- The number of called answered in less than 20 seconds and in more than 20 seconds
- The duration of calls
- The duration of waits
- The duration of abandonments
- Calls hourly distribution
- Cause of hanged up (caller or agent)
- Call processings by agent
- Detailed list of calls
