How to retrieve incoming calls statistics

Our software allows to receive phone calls to manage a customer service, a swichboard, or to treat incoming calls received after prospecting calls.

For each of these cases, the measurement of the quality of service is possible thanks to the statistics modules.

1 General overview of the quality of service delivered

The "Incoming calls" module allows to quickly and easily visualize :

  • The number of calls received
  • The number of calls answered
  • The number of abandoned calls
  • The number of called answered in less than 20 seconds and in more than 20 seconds
  • The duration of calls
  • The duration of waits
  • The duration of abandonments
  • Calls hourly distribution
  • Cause of hanged up (caller or agent)
  • Call processings by agent
  • Detailed list of calls
