How to create a choice list

You can easily create and manage your choice lists.

Choice lists are useful to make a fast and uniform follow-up of the informations collected during the calls (for instance reasons for rejection).

You can : 

  • Add one or several choices by clicking on Add a choice
  • Delete one or several choices by clicking on the black cross of the choice to delete
  • Change the order of the choices by using the top or down arrows of the choice in question
