You can easily choose your “endpoint” *, i.e. the terminal that our systems will be able to use to distribute the calls to you, either:
- a USB headset plugged into your computer
- an IP phone on your desk
- a fixed or mobile telephone line
* the word "endpoint" is a word that our technical support may use with you during a conversation.
The selection of your endpoint is done using the drop-down list located at the top right of the interface.
