How to choose where to contact me

When you use our software to manage incoming calls or outgoing calls, you are connected to our telephony systems through your user account.

Technically, the telephony servers will “call” you before putting you in touch with a correspondent (either by incoming or outgoing call).

You can easily choose your “endpoint” *, i.e. the terminal that our systems will be able to use to distribute the calls to you, either:

  • a USB headset plugged into your computer
  • an IP phone on your desk
  • a fixed or mobile telephone line

* the word "endpoint" is a word that our technical support may use with you during a conversation.

The selection of your endpoint is done using the drop-down list located at the top right of the interface.

The “WEB” line allows you to work with a USB headset plugged into your computer.
The “SIP” line allows you to work with a telephone compatible with the SIP protocol.
The “PSTN” line allows you to work with a fixed or mobile telephone line.

*PSTN stands for Public Switched Telephone Network, this is the English translation of RTC or Public Switched Telephone Network.

Ready for telecommuting

When a user account is created, the system assigns a WEB endpoint by default (your internet browser turns into a telephone).
This feature has been widely used by our customers since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.
