How to put a call on hold

Putting on hold (or putting on hold) is the possibility of temporarily suspending a telephone call while maintaining the existing connection between you and your interlocutor.

Hold is available when handling an incoming call or an outgoing call.

Put on hold

When you are in communication with your interlocutor, you can put the call on hold by clicking on the "pause" button (boxed in red below).


Break hold

When you want to resume communication with your interlocutor, just click on the "Resume" button (see below).
