How to transfer a call

At any time, when you are on a call with a caller, you can transfer the call to another caller.

  • You are on the line with the caller

  • You enter the telephone number of the person to whom you want to transfer the call into the dial field. Depending on the settings in number management, you can enter their name directly.

  • You start dialing the call by clicking on the phone icon Appel

  • You are on the line with the person who should pick up the call

  • You click on the blue arrow  Camp play  then you select the number of the caller to transfer.
