How to use a teleprospector account

A personal extranet is created for your work area.
The address (or URL) that allows access to this extranet is available on the home page of the administrator account.

Once you enter this address in your web browser, you are directed to the login page for your work domain.

Campaigns

After entering your login credentials, you arrive on your home page where you can view your various activities:

  • prospecting campaign (outgoing calls)
  • ticket management campaign (mails)
  • incoming call tracking campaign

The activities (or campaigns) are defined by your line manager, the list that appears on the screen above is only an example.
