How to associate a phone number to a call scenario
When you have finished creating your call script, you need to associate it with a phone number.
This allocation allows you to create a different scenario per telephone number and thus choose the behavior of incoming calls depending on the number.
To associate a phone number with a call scenario, go to the "Settings" menu > "Manage numbers"
In the table above you will find the available phone numbers that you can use to receive calls.
To assign a scenario to a number, all you have to do is expand the list of available scenarios and select the scenario you are interested in.
