How to distribute calls

The “DISTRIBUTE” action sends the call to a distribution queue.

It is strongly recommended that you opt for sending to a distribution queue if you want to obtain incoming call statistics, as other options do not collect this data.

In the example above, the call arrives in the "Home" scenario. It is then distributed to the “Commercial Service” queue.

The icon Open allows you to open the distribution queue without going through the different menus.

It is possible to add a condition in the event of closure of the distribution queue: in this example,  the call is transferred to the “On-call” scenario.
