A pre-answer message allows you to play an announcement to callers before calls are distributed to a user.
The most well-known example of a pre-answer message is one that informs you that your call may be recorded for quality monitoring or training purposes.
The pre-answered message can also be used to communicate service schedules or inform the caller of certain events concerning your company (commercial operation, late delivery, etc.).
Adding a message is done via the 'Play a sound' action which must be inserted between the 'Reply' action and the 'Distribute' action. The message in MP3 format will have been previously imported using the 'Sounds & Music' page of the 'Settings' menu, see the Import a sound page.
