The drop-off message, also known as the welcome message, is the first point of contact with your potential customers and/or prospects.
The pre-answer message is played in full, so not to be confused with the on-hold music which will be cut off as soon as an agent is available to answer.
Examples of pre-answer messages:
- Inform that the call may be recorded;
- Communicate service times;
- Inform of certain events: commercial operation, late delivery, etc.
