In the example above, if the call arrives Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 17:00, it is transferred to the "HOME OPEN" scenario. It therefore leaves this scenario, and the following steps will not be carried out.
If the call arrives outside Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 17:00, the scenario will proceed to the next action.
The next step is to play the "CLOSED" sound, which explains to the caller that all lines are closed and that he/she will be directed to an answering machine.
Once the sound has been played in its entirety, the scenario moves on to the next step, which is "Send to voicemail". The caller can then record a message.
