How to change schedules or opening days
With the call scenarios, you can define opening days and hours for each of your incoming lines.
To do this, when creating your call scenario, you will choose the "Transfer" action and add the "Days and times" condition.
The transfer of the call to the selected number will be applied on the days and during the chosen times. In this example, all incoming calls will be forwarded to +33(1)23456789 Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Don't forget to associate this scenario with the incoming telephone number via the "Number management" menu
In the same scenario, your incoming line is closed from 12 p.m. To continue welcoming your customers, you can add an announcement that your reception is closed.
To do this, in your call scenario, you will choose the “Play a sound” action and select the personalized message to broadcast.
