How to define transfer conditions

The "TRANSFER TO A SCENARIO" action lets you send your calls to another scenario by adding a condition.

"Days and hours" condition

In the example above, the call transfer to the "Reception open" scenario will be applied to the defined condition, i.e. Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00.

Calls arriving outside the defined condition will then go to the next action and hear the "Information-fermeture.mp3" sound, which could be a message indicating that the lines are closed.

 

"Date" condition

In the example above, the transfer of the call to the "Closed days" scenario will be applied to the condition defined as August 15.

Calls arriving outside this condition, i.e. on a day other than August 15th, will go to the next action and be transferred to the "Open reception" scenario if the call arrives Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00.

Calls outside August 15 and outside the defined days and times will hear the sound "Information-fermeture.mp3".

 

"Period" condition

In the example above, call transfer to the "Closed days" scenario will be applied to the defined period condition, i.e. August 1st to 31st.

Calls arriving outside this period will go to the next action and be transferred to the "Open reception" scenario if the call arrives from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

The order of actions is decisive, as some actions take the call out of the scenario.
