You may need to qualify several cards or tickets at once on automatic ticket responses for example. The qualification of cards and tickets is important for statistical reports.
To perform a mass qualification, go to the file/ticket explorer of the target campaign.
Select the elements to qualify using the checkboxes.
At the bottom of the page, select the action to perform, in our case: “Qualify the files”
