When a telephone prospecting campaign is over, you have 2 possible choices:
Archive Campaign
Delete campaign
We do not recommend simply deleting a campaign because it is a permanent action that leads to the complete and irreversible disappearance of all statistics related to the processing of campaign files.
We prefer to advise the archiving of campaigns which will allow if necessary:
Reactivate campaigns
Retrieve form processing statistics
Archive a campaign
An archived campaign no longer appears in the list of active campaigns. To see it again, you must reactivate the campaign.
